The 5000k LED light gives off lighting similar to natural light with a neutral undertone and appearance. But compared to stock, the peak output intensity of the Philips LEDs is slightly higher than stock at 42. And the GE Xenon +120s perform even better than the +130s. However, don’t get confused These two lights still give off a white light, only in different shades. A basic H11 performance halogen (GE Megalight +130) outperforms the peak output intensity of the Philips LEDs by over 50 in the 3rd Gen Tacoma projector. How do you move the arc point 2-3mm up vs. We just said that a 5000k LED light would give you a warmer-looking light, while a 6000k LED light would give you a cooler-looking light. Furthermore the connector is sub par and you can clearly see that the "ISO qualified factory" didn't even maintain the right distance from socket to electric arc which of course screws up the throw and reflections. The white boxes look like every piece of LED/bulb thing I have bought on ebay. That the sticker is a chinese knock-off with unreadable QR and low resolution. I am just trying to save fellow coupe owners $400 ballast bills from non OEM HID bulbs and when you claim OEM quality from a magical chinese factory in spite of all car companies using Sylvania/Osram or Philips HID bulbs (which are not outsourced to china) I call it like I see it. youre most likely better off with a 35w HID kit instead of a 55w Kit. Why HID are better than Halogen projectors. People complain that the 55w run too hot and burn up ballasts quickly. The better visibility due to the high lumen feature put it a step ahead of the Halogen projectors. A few years later enough people burnt their hands and the company finally retracts from the market. Even TRS has said that HIDs will work in the stock projectors. All I can say is that as an end user I have seen boat loads of companies selling china products in unlabeled boxes, claiming they were the greatest and fully up to par with OEM. I have no financial stake in this so I don't care about the outcome.
